1. Scope

These terms of use govern the use of the www.group­turk­soy.com web­site (the “Web­site”) oper­ated on behalf of TÜRKSOY GROUP by trade name (the “Com­pany”). By using the Web­site, you are deemed to accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Web­site.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Web­site has been pre­pared to provide gen­eral inform­a­tion about TÜRKSOY GROUP and its areas of activ­ity. No con­tent on the Web­site con­sti­tutes an offer of sale, invest­ment advice, a bind­ing com­mit­ment or a pro­posal to enter into a con­tract.

This con­tent may not be copied, repro­duced, dis­trib­uted or used for com­mer­cial pur­poses without writ­ten per­mis­sion. Short quo­ta­tions for per­son­al, non-com­mer­cial pur­poses with acknow­ledge­ment of the source remain per­mit­ted.

When using the Web­site, you must refrain from:

These terms are gov­erned by the laws of the Repub­lic of Türki­ye. com­pet­ent courts and enforce­ment offices (for example, those at the loc­a­tion of the com­pany’s head office) have jur­is­dic­tion over dis­putes. The stat­utory rights of users acting as con­sumers remain unaf­fected.
