Under Art­icle 1524 of Turk­ish Com­mer­cial Code No. 6102 and the Reg­u­la­tion on Web­sites to be Opened by Cap­ital Com­pan­ies, cap­ital com­pan­ies within its scope must have a sec­tion titled “In­form­a­tion Soci­ety Ser­vices” on their web­sites and pub­lish cer­tain com­pany inform­a­tion in it. In prac­tice, this sec­tion is cre­ated through the system provided by the Cent­ral Registry Agency (MKK).

Whether this oblig­a­tion applies to TÜRKSOY GROUP, and the com­pany’s regis­tra­tion details, are still being con­firmed. If the oblig­a­tion applies, the link to the com­pany’s veri­fied inform­a­tion soci­ety ser­vices page will be pub­lished on this page.
